Students from around the US can converse directly with research scientist based in Antarctica and leam about the history, geography, weather, and other aspects of the world's coldest continent. These four electronic field trips were produced by Maryland Public Television in a joint effort by PBS and NASA. Taped lessons include instructions for ordering supplementary print material and a free teachers guide.
